Meow just made the call. They said they will be emailing a return label within the next few days. Thanks again for the heads up.

I just received my two replacement sets and they're almost perfectly centered in the plastic window! I guess it was worth the wait, it only took about a month and a half altogether. It should have been much shorter, but for some reason when I called they said they couldn't send me an RMA via email because something in their email system was failing, so they had to send me the RMA through SnailMail and that took almost three weeks! I'm happy now.

 

That's great! Meow is still waiting for replacements still. Paws crossed for good results.
