my wait is down to 1 hour 43mins

 

DONE. Finally. Got in waiting room at 12 eastern and just got order #. I assumed once out of the wating room it would be smooth (that took 30 min) but EVERY screen hung up and had a few web errors that kicked me back a to the start.

 

Wait is now 3 hours.

 

Waiting room started at 23 min. That took 45. Close enough for government work. Took 15 min. to place orders of 4 each of the silver and clad. Spent exactly 1 hour from sign in to sign off. Sloooow! Almost got dizzy watching all the spinning around and round and round.

 

Sitting in the waiting room 2 hrs 46 mins... dont need a bag, i feel used already.

 

Last time this happened, people reported on another site that they simply called the mint and placed their orders that way and rather quickly.

 

What's with these coins? Mintage is huuuuuuuge.

You guys in the waiting room........if you have a spare computer you might want to try and sign into the web site (mint) on that. Don't leave the waiting room on your current machine. Just sign in on the spare and see if you can get in and order. Now that my order is complete I'm able to get back into the mint site with no problems.

 

Finally got my 2 orders placed only took 2hours b ut while I was waiting I checked my pocket change and found this. I think it's pretty nice
I had plenty of time to take photos, crop, combine and post

I got mine within 5 minutes after first visiting the website. No waiting whatsoever. Cool design but huge mintage. Chances are you'll still be able to buy these 6 months from now imo. 400k is a lot of them.

Will these come in some sort of airtight capsule considering the weird shape?

Mintage doesn't always forecast value with these commems. See the 2001 buffalo dollar. As long as there is more demand than supply.

 

Took almost three hours. Had more disconnects than 2011. Uncirculateds are back ordered until 5/26/14.

 

I don't really like the design of the coin and am still on the fence whether to order a proof (gold or silver). I think I'd much rather get another Peace dollar, Morgan, or something else.

 

Well i forgot, went on 1135 WCT, 30 minutes later i was able to get a conformation on my order, but i see that they moved shipping date to May.the only worries i have the email they sent me says it can't guarantee if over sold. That what happen when they sold out of 5 coin ASE.
