What series of coins do you religiously collect?

What current issue of coins do you add to when new issues come out? The only currently issued coin series that I add to each year are the Austrian 25 Euro Silver/Niobium coins that began in 2003. They only issue 65,000 each year with a new design and differently anodized Nb colors. This can be U.S. or World coins. Here is my favorite: upload_2018-9-15_2-56-39.png upload_2018-9-15_2-57-38.png

That series I used to collect - was attracted by the first issue also because it depicts the die of a 15c Tyrolean Guldiner coin. Stopped collecting it when they went from two colors to more ...

I also collected the commemorative €2 coins, but there just are too many now that each euro country may issue two per year. The German States series, however, I want to complete, and also the Spanish Cultural Heritage series. Whenever the latter comes to an end. ;)

Unless it's an error or better than the current coin I have for the EU series I'm making (just the circulation coinage, no commemoratives), I don't think I actually chase any current issue coins. Interesting topic, though.

Do you collect circulated or just BU examples?

From the U.S. Mint directly, proof, silver proof and uncirculated sets; proof and uncirculated ASEs, ATB P-mintmarked "pucks" and S-mintmarked ATB quarters.

When it comes to my eBay indulgences, it could everything and anything I like that is reasonably priced.

Thanks. I was looking more at series that have not been completed - ones that are still issuing.

I want one for every year of Wheat cent. Mint doesn't matter. It's a nice long term project.
    So far I have 1911, 1917 D, 1918 D, 1919 S, 1926 D, 1935, 1941, 1943, 1944, 1945, and 1947 S all off center. I have a long ways to go still.

I think a lot of people missed that first sentence of your post... maybe we just go with whatever you religiosly collect?

Wow, a year-set in off-centers? That could take a while and make it interesting.

Just BU, unless there was something so special about a circ coin that absolutely screamed at me . . . A beautifully toned coin, a nice error, or an undeniably prooflike example.
