Finally, they called the Secret Service and informed them they had a suspect who had been passing counterfeit $2 bills. Secret Service agents were dispatched from Washington, DC, and when they finally arrived a few hours later, they were shown the counterfeit bills and they asked, &quot;What&#039;s wrong with them?&quot; Naturally, the &quot;suspect&quot; filed suit naming McDonalds and the Baltimore Police Department as defendants.
