Hi. Does the nickel in the bottom picture have a lamination error or is it a die crack? From what I know, I think a die crack would create a cud. To me this looks more like a lam error, since I've heard they are quite common with wartime nickels. If this is a lam error, don't you think it's pretty cool? I tried to get another nickel with slighter lamination error and you can see that it's not even close in being as obvious as the other. Sorry if the pic is bad. The red book lists the general price for war nickels with lam errors I think at 12 dollars. Isn't this way too high? The dealer I got it from said they are so common they aren't worth anything. I got each one for 85 cents
