    I'd need to see a photo of the whole coin (please always post whole coin obverse and reverse shots with every post you make asking questions), but it looks like a struck through grease coin. No real premium to this, but some of the more dramatic ones are fun to find.

    Weak strike. I would concur with the "struck through grease" theory.

    Not a weak strike.. that is a different issue. Just a simple Worn Die Strike. Struck through grease is correct.

    I stand corrected. The strike is weak, because of being struck through grease, but I think I get the distinction you're making, since it's more than just a regular weak strike from normal causes.
