What kind of error is the BIE cudd?????

Found this BIE error is this a online cub or what happened with at the mint??????? What would the error be?

Here are a few more pics i checked to see if another coin had been melted on it but it wasn't' seem to be a planchet error?????

Have you not learned by now. They figure if they use zinc the coins will self-destruct on their own, and most of them will basically just fall apart. It cost too much for them to pull the bad coins and melt them down. (No profit) and as everyone knows zinc is excellent for an electrolysis. In the human body is full of electricity. Have a nice day.
