    No way that's Philip of Macedon. Although the reverse looks right, the bust is nowhere close. Here are a couple of worn Philip of Macedon AEs.

    No, that's a catalog number. And the BC+ is Spanish for Bien conservada + = F+. These coins are from 2nd-1st century BC.

    A little more info.

    Look up Tarraco on wikipedia and you will find out almost everything there is about where your coin came from.

    The obverse on your Kese was good enough for people here on the Ancient Forum to identify it.
    The reverse in this condition is not identifiable.
