I think so too, @Rich Buck but I used a different tactic when bidding on this coin. I figured that if I placed my bid at the opening asking price I would have 7 days to think about raising it unless it would be sniped. As it is, I agree that the detail is good enough for it to be worth more than $4 IF it did not have the lines across the face as someone else noted above. This is the cheapest of a half dozen 1903s I bought this week, one of them going slightly over the $30 max price I placed on myself for a 1903.
