I would like to think that the mint would not have accepted these orders if there were not a reasonable chance of filling them. As i understand it these &quot;non promised set&quot; are use to fill the back up order and the mint has some discreation on how they are distributed (people who order 10 may not get 10). Anyhow as a good friend of mine said &quot;you can&#039;t out guess them&quot; i think these are good words to live by.
