What is up with this Peace Dollar

    So I have this nice 1923 Peace great detail nice fields but there is a mark on the eagle's wing. I am thinking post mint damage but it seem quite nice for such damage. I don't really know much about error coins or VAM numbers .

    I have attached some pictures. I can take other if it would be helpful.

    Not bad but if you paid what's on the flip I think you over paid. Just my opinion. The mark on the reverse is damage. Welcome to CT.

    Got in in a big group of coins years ago (Think it was coming off of the boom) so didn't over pay. The damage is too bad but its a great coin
