    Obviously it's a 1972 cent that someone countermarked with that image. Worth $.01

    It is also Misaligned Die Strike.

    I once paid $1.00 at the Flea Market for a counterstamped Cent like yours. I probably overpaid.

    It's known as a Novelty Coin. Nice with the field goal but common. Have you seen the Kennedy looking at Lincoln or Lincoln smoking a cigar?
    Numerous companies market these.

    Counter-marked. You could put it on eBay and see what happens. Some people collect them.
