    The 1917 side looks normal.. the Reverse was hollowed out and the 1916 obverse was added.

    Can you show us a picture of the edge?

    The rim on the "1916 side" looks like it was poorly reamed out.

    I think I can see inside of the coin on the 1916 side down by the left shoe. And between R & T on Liberty on 1917 side, the edge (or 'binding' holding the two sides together) looks hand-crimped and is sticking up.
