I have no idea what this reverse is.

It sort of looks like three feathers. The text is reasonably clear but I'm not confident even in the orientation of the reverse. Which side is up?

Obv: laureate head right of young boy, cuirassed. ---ANT---(?)
    Rev: four feathers(?) ---FOC(gamma)CIIO--(??)
    Diam: 16mm

I'm not even confident if the letters are fully Latin or Greek.

I'm about 90% sure now that this is an Elagabalus, provincial issue of Marcianopolis.

I still can't figure out the reverse.

I'm thinking Elagabalus as well. Not sure about reverse. Could it be something like:

That's the only reverse I think could really match. I'll keep rotating it and see if I can figure out the right way up!

You're amazing, thank you so much! I'll try to see if I can clean up the reverse a bit. It's a decent looking coin on the face, and that reverse is quite lovely too. Here's hoping for the best.
