Sounds like what you&#039;re saying is that you wanted to buy a 70 coin. But contrary to what people think, even a 70 is not perfect. And a little toning like that wouldn&#039;t necessarily stop a coin from getting a 70. Or, the toning may not have showed up until after the coin was slabbed.
