That means that's where it was made, coins at that time and Cents even today don't have a Mint Mark or a P under the date is made at that mint
Phily mint, usually you'll see an S for San fran, D for Denver & no mint mark for Philadelphia. It's possible but doubtful you have a S or a D that escaped a mint mark.
You don't want to use a flash. Good lighting & crop your photo before loading image. Your cent there was minted in Philadelphia. Philadelphia doesn't use a mint mark during that time e period & present day cents.
