What is this? Have seen some just like this , but not exactly the same.

I do not specialize in Chinese cash of Wang Mang so I really don't care about little things like this on the few Chinese coins I do collect so, to me, the two below are the 'same'. If you asked me about a coin in my areas of special interest or if you asked a person who does collect these as a specialty, you will get completely different answers.
