So my other hobby is arrowhead hunting and buying them. I found this point for sale with the strangest quarter next to it for size. Everything screams counterfeit. Anyone see anything like this before. It has a decent amount of wear, and it still looks silver. ***Update I'm sorry I didn't make it clear. I thought it was obvious. The Barber quarter doesn't have dots for denticles like that.**
I can't answer your question, but I can offer some unsolicited advice. Giving your thread an ambiguous title as you did will most likely attract curiosity seekers, but not necessarily the experts you're trying to get the most helpful information from. I might have titled the thread something like, 'Arrowhead, Authentication Help Needed'.
I am also a coin collector and an arrowhead collector. It looks like a nice arrowhead with a worn Barber quarter.

If the coin is fake, what about the arrowhead? I once knew an anthropology professor who was pretty good at knapping arrowheads.
The quarter is fake. I don't see anything glaringly wrong with the arrowhead, but being next to a fake quarter makes me suspicious of it. My local "nature" store has a box of replica arrowheads for a couple bucks each, made into refrigerator magnets, etc.
To echo what others have said, we really need to see the obverse of that quarter. I spotted the "problem" with the denticles right away. It almost looks like a high mid-grade quarter with strangeness around the rim.
