I have looked up examples of spooned coins, die adjustment strikes and others that held some similarity but none matched entirely. The coins text is nice but also shows a bit of weakness. The ring goes all the way around the pennies, straight through the text, but i cannot determine if it was present before or came after the full strike. Heres the pics.
