The condition is not bad.It still has a shine that looks not unlike a penny.A slight tornish(brownish) but not bad.I have not atempted any cleaning of the coin as my research suggest not to.I considered baking soda and water but declined as it appears to me that its best to leave it in the shape its in.There are very light scratches on the coin that I could see best with a magnifying glass......but it appears to be in as good a shape as a typical modern penny with slight scratches.I can see the small details of each part i.e the lines in the hair which indicates little wear.There are small &quot;shapes&quot; if you will to the left and right of the date and they stand out from the coin in detail.Looks like an arrow to the left and a pointing finger perhaps to the right.I can see all the feathers on the Eagle&quot;rear&quot; of coin.Even the eagles claws stand out.Any idea what it might bring?I am looking for an honest person such as you appear to be and would like to work slowly identifying each coin and what each coin may be worth.I will attempt another digital camera shot to try to get you a better visual of this particular one.Thanks for any help.God bless....Shane Marcotte&nbsp; Baton Rouge Louisiana[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
