IF it is a coin, I think it is a fake one (a contemporary forgery). It is made of silver plated brass apparently.

it's gotta be from either nepal or tibet.

I'm looking, but I can't find an image that matches, even remotely.

It's gotta be nepal, but I can't do much better than that. I can't say that it's fake, but I also can't say it's a coin either. Many coins of Nepal appear to be of cheap base metals - on the other hand, I can't make sense of the legends.

I'm having some trouble translating the script. starting with the numbers, what looks almost like an 8 is a 4, what looks like a 3 is, oddly enough a 3. I can't quite tell what the second number is but it could be a 6 or seven. In any event, the number appears as 46340 - I just don't know why that would be.

I'm sure someone else will be more helpful.

It's an Indian temple token, one of many types of crudely made brass tokens that usually picture the Gods Rama and Sita seated on a throne, along with the monkey god Hanuman. The tokens were used in temples throughout India during much of the 20th Century.
