What is this campgate mintmark?

    I recently ran across this coin--a campgate of Constantine II (I think; the obverse is a bit worn). The mintmark looks like STAF, which makes no sense. Even STAE doesn't seem to work. I'm sure when someone tells me what the mintmark is, it will make sense and I will feel stupid. But I'm not there yet. Can someone tell me what I'm looking at?
