    That looks like Persian, precisely Sassanian? But I'm no expert.

    Currently for sale on ebay as being ex CNG. It should be noted that the lot it claims to come from had some modern cast fakes that were not illustrated.

    King Shapur.
    Be carefull with these, lots of fakes around. Your reverse looks generally ok. (If the flat spot on the left is located where the globe on the head is on the other side). The obverse is to much out of focus to say anything.
