Okay, I like collecting numismatic items from my town. I dont have any notes yet and thought this would be a cool one to add. Before I get to into it I wanted to ask a few questions.

    1.) What is it?
2.) It says there are pin holes, I know that is'nt good but does it detract a lot of value?
    3.) Is it rare?
4.) Can I have this slabbed by PCGS?

    I appreciate any help!!!

It is an obsolete banknote listed in Haxby as MI-360-G10

Pin holes in obsolete notes are relatively common. The value reduction depends upon how many and how big. IN this case probably not to much of a reduction.

It is not rare. However, it does not show up that often.
Here is one in similar condition for $290. Certainly don't go above this price.

<< 4.) Can I have this slabbed by PCGS? >>

    Certainly.

Good answer Steve. I think the other one is more expensive because the # is much lower.
