Circulation wear and toning. If you are looking for a true mint error in circulation most of what you will ever find is usually very minor with very little or no premium at all. In other words you probably won't make a lot of money as a beginner Don't go by listings on eBay or Etsy. Most of them are totally wrong and ludicrous!
