What Is The Most Cost-Effective Way to Ship a Dansco Album?

    I'd say find a box that will hold it securely, then weigh and measure the box, then use the USPS postal calculator to compare options. If you care to, also compare UPS and FedEx rates online, but for small items I don't think you'll beat the Post Office.

    I just weighed an empty State Quarters Dansco I had lying around, and it's 1 pound 7 ounces. As I understand it, that puts it out of First Class range. I don't think it'll fit into a Priority flat-rate envelope, padded or not, so that would mean a Medium Flat-Rate box, with postage somewhere around $15.50. If it went into an envelope, it'd be $8-9. Not really cost-effective, but that's where we are today, I think.

    You are likely to get away with it, but it is still against the rules.

    But more costly, so they are not the most economical way/

    But the Sheet music does qualify, and the album becomes the incidental related enclosure. :)
