I posted this question in the Ancients section but didn't get any responses. Perhaps someone here knows. I recently won a Lot of 8 Greek Bronzes from a recent CNG eAuction. The lot is described as "from the Mercury Group Collection". I've seen both modern US and ancient coins attributed to the Mercury Group, and it appears that several different collectors have some sort of association with this collection, but I can't find any information about it. Anyone know what the Mercury Group collection is?
