Lovely coin. Likely no worse than MS64, but the coin's surfaces fight against accurate technical grading - it's difficult to see what sort of "skritchiness" might be seen in the fields and on the cheek. I would not be at all surprised if were at least worth a PL designation. Also wouldn't be surprised if it had seen a "market acceptable" dip in the past due to the nature of the barely-beginning toning at the rim. All the same, I'd own it proudly.
