What is Larry Shepherd vs. ANA and why is CoinTalk involved?

@Peter T Davis You do not give in to this guy. Do not give them any information whatsoever. If someone knocks on your door everyday for the next 5 months trying to scare you into submission and you don't budge I'll have a even greater amount of respect for you. Tell them that they are messing with the wrong people here.

When someone gets a court order what someone else prefers becomes irrelevant. Peter will do what any us citizen would when given a court order from a judge. He will comply. To expect anything else is unrealistic.

Most any of us can be found if someone cares to spend the bucks to do so.

This all goes back to being careful of what you say on the internet, even if it's true. You may have to prove what you said is true in court. You may need a lawyer and have to travel. It all cost money. Only the lawyers win.

 

Or you like to be in the middle of everything and all the attention it gets? Sort of like a self appointed leader on top of every situation. This gets to be old, fast. Sorry to be so blunt, but maybe you don't realize the actual impression you make on others. IMHO. However, you do have the right to think I'm just as bad.

 

Anyone here an IRS employee? They can teach us how to destroy our hard drive and then recycle it...oh and then plead the 5th later on.

Still not seeing any link between the guy and CT. Or the ANA and CT.

 

The link to CoinTalk is all of the speculation without proof. Obviously Larry thinks that us sitting here chatting about him, whether good or bad has effected his image negatively and I assume he wants to locate those people and punish those folks, if he can.

Of course, that just makes him look as bad by trying to punish people who are genuinely concerned about the situation and who pay a membership fee to the organization he was terminated from. The membership sees it no different than a stockholder wanting to know if the company's CEO is going out all night on benders. His off work or even in work habits dictate how he is able to lead and people with something at stake want to know so they can protect themselves and their own interests.

Its a quagmire and the best thing to do is to leave it alone. Sure we all want to know, and I imagine if its going as far as Peter having knocks on his door, then this will probably all come out in court as it looks like one side is pretty serious about all of this and is beginning to push past the point of no return.

I imagine that Peter's consulting with his lawyer, and will share what he can when he can...but as you just said geekpryde, it may be better for all concerned if we just let this one go.

 

Too many pages to read, I'll just wing it. Hopefully, ANA and CT can work out a use for our CT points. It would be nice to turn the points in for ANA tickets ...
