2009 $20 star note, JE03793893*, (640,000) run size. What is it worth and should I keep it also what do u guy think the grade is?
It looks like it has a tear on the lower left. Unlikely to ever be worth more than face value. If I found it, it would be back into circulation.
Walmart has a great place in the cash register for it, condition isn't good enough to be a keeper, and is that a boarder tear ?
