Another new FEL TEMP REPARATIO coin but this time an Emperor with captives type of Constantius II.

My question here is what is in the exe.?

    Constantius II, AE2

Obv:– D N CONSTANTIVS P F AVG, Pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust left, globe in hand
Rev:– FEL TEMP REPARATIO, Emperor bare headed & in military dress standing, holding standard with chi-rho on banner in his right hand, resting left hand on shield, two bound captives in Phrygian helmets standing, facing each other before him
Star in left field. Mint mark in exe.
    Minted in Siscia

I have spent more time looking and BSISM would appear to be the answer. I have been mis-reading my RIC. RIC VIII Siscia 225.
    Many thanks.
