It&#039;s certainly the first time I&#039;ve ever heard of such a thing. As a general rule we have about 40 people a day who register here, people from anywhere and everywhere in the world. Including people who use systems from just about every govt. agency you&#039;ve ever heard of - DOD, FBI, DOJ, CIA, DHS, IRS, US Treasury, US Mint, etc etc etc. Even local law enforcement agencies register here from time to time.</p><p><br /></p><p>And not a one of them has ever had a problem. Let alone one like you describe. So the only thing I can think of is that he has some specific settings that he&#039;s chosen to make on his own system that caused it. But I have no idea what those settings could be, I can&#039;t even imagine it. I have some pretty strict settings on my own security, with no exceptions or exclusions added, and I&#039;ve never had problem when I access CT.
