    Not a Mint Error of any kind. It was probably under a table leg to keep it from wobbling.

    It looks like an impression from and old pry off type pop bottle cap on the obverse.

    I would guess a hole saw that gripped the obverse causing the damage and spun the coin making the rotational circles on revers, but still damage. IMO, Jim
