The TPG doesn&#039;t have the luxury of an &quot;instant&quot; alternative, and they would have to hold the submission until the customer gets the problem corrected.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Turnaround times are only projections, and sometimes they can vary from the norm because of the volume of submissions received. The TPG has no control over the &quot;what and when&quot; where submissions are concerned. I&#039;ve had occasions when my &quot;Economy&quot; submissions have been processed and I&#039;ve received them in about two weeks. There have been other times when they have taken about five weeks, but if you averaged all of the submissions that they usually receive each year, you will probably find that their projected turnaround times are pretty accurate.
