What grade would you give this Type 1 1956 Proof Franklin?

I will be. I'm trying to decide between PCGS and NGC. The market is bigger for PCGS, but at the same time, the wait times for PCGS are just stupid right now. Plus I have a 1969-D Kennedy Half that I want to send to NGC to get the PL designation. So we'll see.. But I will certainly update when it does get graded.

Is that a smidgen of rub across Franklin's cheek (also looks like there might be some light hairlines across the bell)? If so, I would think that blemish would hold this coin back from most people's guess. I'll say, 65.

NGC seems slow right now as well. Had a few coins arrive there 2 weeks ago and they are still in the "Received" status which in the past they've jumped to "Scheduled for Grading" relatively quick for me.

But if you're sending something to NGC already I think that makes the most sense personally, the processing and shipping fees are what kill so combining into one order always helps.
