what grade is it?

Hello guys! As i'm not really good at grading i decided to seek some opinions on this beautiful piece (not mine) !Is it AU? MS? I think it's AU, but again, there's a good chance for me to be wrong!

Larger photos would help, but I'm not seeing wear where I'd most expect to see it, like the crown for instance.

 

AU-58; not that there are set grading standards for this particular type, but still a beautiful piece.

If I had to wager, I guess I'd go with AU-58 also. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if it graded MS.

 

Minimum AU-58, but I think it has a good shot at MS-61. Really a nice piece.

You mean the obv. section above DUX? If that's the case , i don't think it's a mount mark! I'm just following this coin, it's not mine, but i was really interested to see what grade it might be!

 

By the way, this is a lovely coin. I've always been a sucker for a good castle graphic.

 

Yes, and also by COS. But, the coin is beautiful! I agree with @wcg on grade.

 

It is a beautiful coin (never seen it before), and I would grade MS something.

Cosimo III, Duke of Etruria? I'll google him. He had a really nice castle.
