What exactly is this on this Morgan?

    So anyway, without any coin "lube" I gave her the ole colonoscopy. :p What is this? Should I pay for the "error" PCGS service or just send her to ANACs? The in hand eyeball test to me is a MS63. The luster is extremely nice, and why I bought it. Without this weird blemish, anywhere between 63 and 65, IMO. 78s weirdo.JPG

    For that I’d go with ANACS. The error should not affect the grade but I’d pay extra to have the error listed on the label.

    From that image it looks like a retained struck-through. But I think my brain is flipping it from incuse to raised because of the shadows along the edges. ANACS might be best for a determination without costing a bundle.
