Would you mind posting photos of both sides from directly overhead? The angle distorts the image.

Kind of look like die breaks. Need 180 degree picture.

 

It's a little hard to see the mark behind the shoulder.

 

Sure looks like a plating problem to me.

 

They are blisters just like on my avatar ...

Try using a toothpick to see if those on the back of the head and cheek are bubbles. I'm not sure about the thin line from the shoulder. It could be a crack, but we'd need a better close-up to tell.

Flaking? You would break the bubble and you could see a crack or hole in the plating.

 

I'd be more inclined towards a plating issue. There is a stress point for die cracks at the shoulder area on these that I've found but they usually start from the last fold in the jacket (suit) and follow down the jacket (suit) towards the rim.

 

Nothing really happened.

 

could it be a die gouge behind the head? and die scratch under liberty and a few under date?
