Anyone see anything like this? A gentleman approached me online about what these are? Are these by ANACS? Or Privately made?
    Thanks all! :)

That was one of the ways that the mint sold the 2009 cents.

Not actually graded though, no? I'm still confused.

ANACS does that type of gimmick. I think it is silly.

Here is an image I found

They give the entire roll a grade then stick it in a tube

Sorry didn't mean to say the mint. Technically graded as a lump as long as the tube was sealed. It probably made it easy for a dealer to get into a tube and say this is MS65 or better/ PF68 or better and sell the coin for a higher amount.

That's the way I bought my 2000 Silver Eagles that came from the mint. 2 Square tubes of 20 with a twist off cap. My tubes were soft plastic. Fairly airtight, although some are showing toning now. No grade insert though.

I’ve knew a coin dealer that bought urge bags from the mint and put them up in rolls that he designed. Then he sold the rolls.

Not that much different than a bulk submission at the other TPGs except they're not individually slabbed.

PCGS and NGC have also done the same thing. I believe ICG did it was well.
