A value of 10, dated 1976.
It looks like an Egyptian 10 Kurush coin. The ١٠ stands for 10 and right below it is the word "Kurush" or قروش It has 2 dates on it, ١٩٧٦ or 1976 (Gregorian Year) and ١٣٩٦ or 1396 (Lunar Year). Many modern Islamic coins list both of these dates.
