I'm debating whether or not to purchase these following coins:

(local store) $300

and the other:

listed as Extra Fine $135
(coin store)

let me know what are your thoughts on it...
if the coin has been cleaned....lower grade than said...
im not sure...but I really want to purchase a nice high grade barber...
