As for the CU Forums? I like them but find the censorship to be a bit over bearing at times and a bit selective at times. They don't appear to have a full time moderator such as what exists here and as such, lots of folks get banned over a misconception dealing with experience in how people actually post. The moderators on CT are very fair and are experienced folks with no preconceived notions or turf to defend. As such, their moderating is without bias and warnings/timeouts are issued when they are needed. PCGS does not issue warnings. They just ban and then delete the thread which initiated the ban along with all non-threatening information within the post. Individual posts within a thread can be deleted as I've experienced that first hand but instead of "moderating" the thread, they just blow it away. This, I do not care for. I mean, if you're going to run a forum then run it! Probably the only aving grace is the relative value of coins within PCGS Plastic and the loyal following that they have. Yes, I'm one of them but when things get a bit sticky over there, I can always come over here with a self imposed time out. Aside from the bannings and disappearing threads, I like CU. I like CT just as much and actually prefer the way that the forums are divided into CTChat, CT US Coins and CT Error forums. It makes it easy to move about freely with subject matter that I feel comfortable with.
