About one-fourth of the way up&nbsp; the building, it appears to tilt slightly to the left rather than&nbsp; straight up and down like on the 38mm medals. The two smaller buildings,&nbsp; third and fourth from the right next to the freeway off-ramp seem to be&nbsp; tilted slightly as well. On the reverse of the <a href="http://www.collectorsunleashed.com/list-categories/1749/medals/" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://www.collectorsunleashed.com/list-categories/1749/medals/" rel="nofollow">medal</a>,&nbsp; the central column of the mission just to the right of the belltower&nbsp; appears to be slightly crooked when compared to the 38mm medals.</p><p><br /></p><p>Is&nbsp; it possible that some time after the dies for the 38mm medals had&nbsp; already been completed there was an earthquake, the buildings were&nbsp; damaged, the black splotches are actually structural damage and the&nbsp; design of the 19mm <a href="http://www.collectorsunleashed.com/list-categories/1749/medals/" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://www.collectorsunleashed.com/list-categories/1749/medals/" rel="nofollow">medal</a> dies were modified to reflect this damage?</p><p><br /></p><p>Hmm?
