What do you grade this slabbed Morgan?

    This is what James Halperin says in his book How To Grade Us Coins -
    1883 O - Average to a bit soft.
    1884 O - Soft to average.
    1885 O - Variable, but usually average.

    I was at MS 65 with the usual weak strike, assuming no PVC issues...MS 66s with weak strike are a bit tough to find.

    65 is my opinion even after seeing the PCGS grade.

    I would have said 65, but some of the OGH coins are conservatively graded. That is one of them.
