I live in an area where there are about 50,000 cars stolen each year so keeping a coin collection locked up is the only thing to do. I visited a freind, used to be a coin dealer, in the hospital not long ago. He got there because he was attacked on the way to a coin show. Many stores have bars on doors and windows here so not showing off a coin collection is kind of the smart thing to do. Of course with the price of gasoline lately, it's a better bet they'll steal you car for the gas than a coin collection.[/QUOTE]
