I collect Russian coins, but they are became so pricey, and so many fakes ,also Russia has low - coins medals could not send out from country, so it's became very difficult to get what you need.I like medals, and tokens of USA, like saloon tokens, and now I'M learning about revalue mark ,stamped coins, it's so much history behind. Of course, I forgot to say, I love Swiss coins and shooting medals, I love thalers, I love Germany states, and Italy states, and Netherlands, and France with chicken and OMG, I LOVE THEM,so what happens next? I do have little collection of each of them.
A bit off topic but I wanted to congratulate you on your "Best Presented Set" in the NGC Registry! You are on page 27 of The Numismatist, VERY COOL!

I collect therefore I am I believe that this question has been asked many times at CT. It is nice to learn what others collect. I have collections of error coins, error paper money, world coins, US Type, and MS & PF Liberty Nickels. You might say these collections are completed but no collection is ever really completed. I could always use a Judd 1690 or a proof 1913 Liberty Nickel to round-out the Liberty Nickel collection. I also have a bunch of Whitman & Dansco date & mint mark sets which have been completed. Fundamentally, I now collect coins of the world (including the US) from about 1800 to present mostly in higher grade for type. I have an affinity for certain countries & certian US key date coins.
US 1/2 cent -Morgans and all per 1933 gold that I can afford but lately I been pickup world Silver type coin.
Australian silver Kookaburras and Isle of Man silver cat coins. The rest is mostly bullion and coins that I decide I need to have for some reason.
I collect proof sets, Unc sets, commemoratives, Proof Kennedys( full collection now!), Proof Ikes, Proof Sacs, Morgans, Peace, Cap Bust Halves, Proof Jeff Nickles, Mecr Dimes, US Mint Rolls, American Eagle Proofs and Unc, Pennies Lincoln, Indian and wheats plus I have an assortment of ancient and foreign coins. Needless to say I have a varied collection and plenty of choices of holes to fill.
Canadian circulation coinage, US circulation, now working on British decimal, southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Indonesia, China). Giving serious thought to starting on banknotes.
I collect anything beautiful, interesting or IMO undervalued. Recently I've been heavy into commemmoratives.
i collect anything that catches my eye, i have coins from 20 diffrent countries and notes from 5. I am also starting a jefferson nickel book.
Ripley - that's an awesome amount of 1888. Do you have it as an album? I'm trying to put together a U.S. type set for 1876.
WOW! Man that is nice! One day I hope I can afford the early commemoratives. Right now I am collecting the Modern ones at the moment. My goal is the Columbia, SC Sesquicentennial coin.
