what do think this 1895 cent would grade?

With a coin of this age there is always a possibility it was cleaned and has retoned or was retoned. If it was cleaned, they did not kill the surface and NGC thought the same.

I noticed the spot, on Ms. Liberty and theorized that someone tried to dip out the spot and hence the color, but ngc did not see it that way, is the color on the pics close to the color in hand? I have dipped a few cents and the color can be pumpkin orange to pink, depending on what it was dipped in and for how long.
