What do these mean on PCGS slabs?

Well Pretty much everything has been covered except when they were used on the labels. The blue label slabs began in November of 1998. These blue labels had no bar code (it was on the back label) and they did NOT have the coins and series numbers.

In December of 1998 the coin and series numbers were added to the front label. This style lasted through Feb 2002.

At that point the bar code was moved from the back label to the front label. This slab still had the small square holgrams and it lasted until November of 2004

In Feb 2004 PCGS lost the "Official PNG grader" endorsment but it apparently took awhile to use up their supply of holograms. In November of 2004 the hologram switched to a large full width holgram. This style lasted until November 2005 at which point the coin and series numbers were dropped from the label. So the coin and series numbers were used for six years Dec 1998 to Nov 2005.
