This isn't really challenging work, that's what I'm saying. Thus, whatever they're getting paid in excess of minimum wage has to be due to some factor other than the skills requisite. I mean, when you compare it to other jobs. You know. So, I'm just curious, what are they really getting paid? And, how do you know that? That's what I really want to know, too.[/QUOTE]
