What do I have here?

    What is there about it that seems odd to you? Nothing about it seems at all unusual to me, though I'll admit I do not collect modern error/variety coins.

    Slight misaligned die for the reverse, which is why the edge looks funny. The S on MOUNDS seems to be just damage, but the photos aren't the best.
